What is a cash advance loan?
A cash advance loan (also called a payday loan) is a short-term loan. We advance money to you and you pay us back by ACH Debit to your checking account on the payday you designate.

What documents do I have to provide?

What are the requirements for approval?
You must have been in your current job for at least four consecutive months. In addition, you must have a valid checking account that has been open for at least three months.

I want $500, why can't I get a loan for over $300?
Based on our review of your application, you may be approved for up to a $500 cash advance. However, all new customers that are approved will be issued an initial advance for up to $300. Once you have established a history with AeroAdvance you will be eligible for new advances up to your approval limit.

How do I find out if I'm approved?
We'll send your approval by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. Once you're approved, the funds requested in your application will be transferred by ACH to your checking account.

I have poor credit. Can I still get approved with AeroAdvance?
Because cash advance loans are secured by your paycheck, poor credit usually doesn't matter. To find out if you're eligible, contact us or complete an application.

When can I request a cash advance loan?
Anytime! If you are a new customer, simply fill out the application and follow the directions. If you are an existing customer, you can login to your account and click "Apply For New Loan."

When do I get my money?
If you apply by 12:00 PM, we transfer funds the next business day (see table below). Your bank may require an extra day to make the funds available in your account.

How do I repay my loan?
We make a direct withdrawal from your checking account on your next payday or the payday that you designate on your application. We only withdraw the amount that was authorized in your loan contract, that is, the loan amount plus the loan fee (see our Rates Schedule).

What if I pay off my loan early?
If you pay off this loan early, you will not have to pay a prepayment penalty, and you may be entitled to a refund of part of the finance charge.

Certain states allow for the entire fee to be earned as soon as the advance is booked (Utah does not allow this) and after the " 24 hour right of refusal" has been allowed which means that you may or not be eligible for a partial refund in certain states.

A borrower may cancel the loan without costs by returning the full principal balance to AeroAdvance by the close (5:00pm PST) of the next full business day.

What happens if I don't have the funds available to pay back the loan?
We'll work with you, provided you contact us as soon as you know that there's a problem. If you contact us before the due date, we can make arrangements to refinance your loan, where state law allows, until your next payday. If we attempt to withdraw funds that aren't there, we incur extra expenses that we have to pass on to you. By staying current with your original loan, you limit any additional charges or collection fees assessed to your account.

Can I have more than one loan with AeroAdvance at a time?
No. We must have the full amount collected before we can issue another loan. Besides protecting us, this policy also helps you avoid getting overextended.

What if I only have a savings account?
We are currently not accepting applications for savings account only customers.

We require you to show us the last 3 months of bank statements to show us your income.

Can I get my loan the same day?
Unfortunately, same day wires are not available.

How to get an Extension?
If extensions are allowed in the state you were approved for a payday loan then you may get one by logging into your account, click on extension and pick the next pay date. If you are allowed, it will allow you to only pay the fee owed. This will give you another pay cycle to pay the total amount still owed.
