*Typical cycles are
14 or 15 days following your payday. In some cases,
based on requests from customers, AeroAdvance allows
an 18 to 21 day payback the first time. However, renewal
fees fall under the bi-weekly or bi-monthly categories.
Extension of Payment Requirements: Under Idaho state
law, a borrower may renew the payday loan no more
than three consecutive times, after which the payday
loan shall be repaid in full. The borrower must request
an extension before each pay period. If a loan extension
is not requested, AeroAdvance will request payment
for the entire loan amount. A borrower may enter into
a new loan transaction with AeroAdvance at any time
after a prior loan to the borrower is completed.
A payday loan is intended to address short-term,
not long-term, financial needs.
A borrower may cancel the loan without costs by returning
the full principal balance to AeroAdvance by the close
of the next full business day.
