*Typical cycles are 14 or 15 days following your payday. In some cases, based on requests from customers, AeroAdvance allows an 18 to 21 day payback the first time. However, renewal fees fall under the bi-weekly or bi-monthly categories.

Under Utah state law, a borrower may renew the payday loan no more than 12 weeks of rollovers, after which the payday loan shall be repaid in full. A borrower may make partial payments in increments of at least $5 on the principal owed on the loan at any time prior to maturity without incurring additional charges above the charges provided in the written contract.

A borrower may cancel the loan without costs by returning the full principal balance to AeroAdvance by the close (5:00pm PST) of the next full business day.

A payday loan is intended to address short-term, not long-term, financial needs.
